FAQ
Quick answers to the questions we get most. If something isn't here, write to info@bombaystride.com and we'll get back the same day.
Sizing & fit
How do I know my size?
We use UK sizing across all our designs. If you know your UK size (or your "Indian size", they're the same), pick that. If you're unsure, our Size Guide walks you through measuring your foot at home in five minutes.
Do your shoes run true to size?
Yes. The size you usually wear in Indian or UK footwear is the size to pick here.
What if the size doesn't fit?
We offer free exchanges within 14 days. Reply to your order email or write to info@bombaystride.com, and we'll arrange a pickup and send the right size. The pair should be unused, with the original labels and packaging intact, so we can send it back into stock.
Orders & delivery
How long does shipping take?
Free shipping across India. 5 to 7 business days. Metro cities are usually faster, remote pincodes a day or two longer. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Not at launch. We're starting with prepaid orders only. UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets are all supported at checkout. COD is on our roadmap and we'll announce it here when it's live.
Can I return a pair I don't like?
Yes. Within 14 days of delivery, you can exchange for a different style or size at no cost. Refunds are processed for pairs that can't be exchanged. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
About the product
Where are your shoes made?
Every pair is handcrafted in India. We work directly with our manufacturers rather than through layers of agents, which is part of how we keep prices under ₹1,500.
How are you priced this low?
Three things. We don't pay retail markups because we sell online only. We don't spend on celebrity endorsements that get baked into your bill. And we design with our manufacturers directly, not through ten layers of middlemen. The shoes are what you're paying for, not the markup.
Anything else?
