We want you to love your Bombay Stride pair. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Requests made after 14 days cannot be processed.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accompanying accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
We're unable to accept returns on:
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or use
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged on arrival)
- Gift cards
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email info@bombaystride.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason.
2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a pickup schedule (where available) or return shipping address.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
4. Hand over to the courier or self-ship via a tracked service.
RETURN SHIPPING
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items shipped by us — return shipping is on us.
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
EXCHANGES
We offer free size exchanges for 14 days from delivery, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, email info@bombaystride.com with your order number and desired size.
REFUND TIMELINE
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within:
- 5–7 business days for payments made via UPI, net banking, or credit/debit cards (refunded to the original payment method)
- 2–3 business days for store credit
Banks typically take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email info@bombaystride.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
