At Bombay Stride, we ship to every PIN code across India — free of charge, always. No minimum order value. No surprise fees at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Once shipped, typical delivery times across India are:

- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote areas and non-serviceable PIN codes: 6–8 business days

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier availability, weather, and festive season volumes.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Standard shipping is complimentary across India on all orders.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to reflect after the first scan.

COURIER PARTNERS

We ship via trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Blue Dart. Courier allocation depends on your delivery PIN code.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If your order is returned to us as undelivered (incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refused delivery), we'll reach out via email and WhatsApp before re-dispatching. Re-shipment may incur a fee depending on circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at launch — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
